'Open Containing Folder' will open explorer with the current file selected. If it used the same mechanism as 'Browse Packages' (i.e., ShellExecute on the directory), it wouldn't be able to request the current file be selected (afaik, anyway).

In short, no, I don't believe it's possible, at least not without losing functionality.
