I hope this hasn’t been posted, I’ve searched and found similar thing (but very old) here

Is it possible to make PHP highlighter to work when used inline inside HTML attributes?
Something like this:

So is it solvable by editing php.tmlanguage and how exactly since I’ve no idea where to look
