Search and bracket highlight; key binding collision

#1

Hi

  1. I’d like to be able to specify the colors for search and bracket highlight (possibly in .tmTheme or .sublime-options). The colors automatically calculated by sublime are just too hard for me to see. Additionally, a different highlight color when there are multiple selection regions would be useful, I think.

  2. It’d be nice if when loading the keymap, the console will alert user to any key binding collision (i.e., the same shortcut key assigned more than once), rather than just silently using the one that comes later in the file. It’ll have to take into account contexts, of course, which could be tricky.

because it is used normally to override default setting and keybinding i suggest to not do it automatically, but rather per request (i.e. a menu option to show collisions - both keybindings and settings).
