Scrolling in the scroll view with 'Page Up/Page Down' keys.

When I type 'Ctrl+Shift+P' to view available commands in Windows version of Sublime text, I want to jump to a next page quickly.

Please add a feature that can scroll a view in a scroll view by using 'Page Up/Page Down' keys.
