one Octopress plug-in for Sublime Text 2

I like the existing SublimeJekyll to write post in sublime text in my PC, but it's not so friendly for chinese and ocotopress. I made a new one with similiar features as sublimejekyll.

BTW: this plugin will be service for both chinese and english friendly.

If you want to publish blog automatically to github through sublime text2, you can refer this article(warning: written in chinese, but you can see the steps by images)(http://b.imf.cc/blog/2013/01/01/use-jen ... octopress/). I use the Jenkins and SVN resolution to publish blog to github freely.
