Hey so I was looking at the changelists at bit bucket, and noticed the @builtin line got added recently in ctags.py line 72, so I removed it just to see ... and now it works! What was that line supposed to do?

Hey guys I find the config file very confusing... can I optimize ctags just to scan php files and skip js and any other files it might look at?
