Improved Transpose Plugin

I added one feature to the transpose plugin. The feature makes it much faster to swap two consecutive lines.
Instead of triple clicking each line, just draw a single selection that spans both lines (it doesn't have to completely cover each line). Press ctrl+t and the two lines will swap.
