View selected ST2 text on GitHub

Not sure how useful this will be to most of you, but this came about from my boss's request to point someone easily toward a chunk of code in our repo. He can find the code he needs very quickly in his editor, but finds navigating GitHub a little cumbersome.

So, assuming the repo is current with your local code, this plugin will try and open the same file with the lines selected on GitHub. Our main repo is called "mainline", so if you have something other than "origin" that you/your team uses, swap that in for "mainline". If you don't, then no worries, it will use "origin".
