Quick panel MRU

This plugin shows a quick panel with the most recently closed files and the files closed most often.

The reason why I wrote this is because

1) I wanted to access the MRU list through a quick panel
2) I'd rather have a list of the most recently closed files

The default shortcut key is ctrl+alt+f

By default, it'll show the 10 most recently closed files and the 10 files closed most often.

I did an update to fix a bug that prevented the panel to be displayed

And it will now hide files that are currently unavailable (deleted files, files on removable drives, etc)
