Growl save notifier

Hey all,

It's my first day and I did the following:

• Tried Sublime Text 2
• Bought it
• Set up everything for Python
• Developed my first plugin!

One of the things I love from Coda, is the fact that I get a save notification, which is handy if I work on remote sftp sites. So I wrote a small plugin that tells you via growl when the file has been successfully saved.
