I'm new to sublime and to plugin development. I started a plugin, which allows creating big scribes in overview:
For now, it works only with capital letters and creates C++-style comment. It also doesn't have any shortcut yet, so you have to run it from the console, or asssing a key sequence at your own. But I'll keep working on it.
