Any plans for a C/C++ API?

I'm interested in the possibility of creating a plugin using C/C++ instead of Python. Considering that SublimeText is built using C++ this should be straightforward no?

Why ? You don't like Python ?

I am interested in building plugins with Haskell :-)

Do think that is a good fit? I mean, interaction with the editor is quite "imperative", no?
