[ST3] arguments for plugin_host

The binary now somehow seems to expect two arguments:

$ /opt/sublime_text/plugin_host -n path/to/a/folder
Unexpected number of arguments, expected 2


Is there any information about this specific point?

plugin_host is designed to be launched from Sublime Text, it can't be run by itself
