Sorry for the delay...I got distracted with actual work ;-)

I tried to implement support for unicode. I'm not sure if it works (gmail is blocked at work)....can you test it out and give some feedback? I also added some functionality to allow you to be prompted for any/all of the mail fields but it requires a bit of configuration (see the TODOs at the top of the file).

If there are issues maybe you can open an issue on the github repository rather than boring the people in the sublime forum here :-)

If it works I'll split the configuration into a settings file and look into adding other features...
