View file tree

#1

Hello,
I really do love Sublime Text but there is one thing I’m really missing. When I’m working, say, on Rails project, I’d appreciate to be able to view a certain file tree (namedly the folder with my project) to be able to switch between and open different files in different folders. As far as I know the right column works in the same way tabs do and implementing an option to view a file tree would be really nice for work on bigger projects. Thanks.

At least a way to open and save projects would be nice. Like if you have a web project with HTML, CSS and JS-files.

I’m confused… can’t you do both of these via the Project menu in Sublime Text 2?

Yes, you can do it, my bad. It’s just not really a place where you would expect such a thing - what about moving it to File menu or at least next to File menu.
