Divide the forum: "Developer Help" & "Plugin Announcements"

We have a 'customisation and plugins' area to the forum, but we have two audiences;

1) people developing sublime text plugins, snippet sets, languages, etc.
2) people who want to download and use them.

My request is that the forum is divided into two areas;

Developer Help; ask questions about APIs and XML dialects and python. Everything for pythonistas.

Plugin Announcements: developers can announce their new plugins, accept feature requests, etc. Someone just looking for cool features can check this without drowning in API arcana.
