Can I prevent Cntl-W from closing the program?

#1

Sometimes when I want a clean slate, I keep tapping Cntl-W to close all the tabs. The problem is that when I get to 0 tabs, Cntrl-W closes the program. I know that Cntl-W in Chrome closes the program if 0 tabs are open, but I would rather Sublime act like Notepad++ where Cntl-W closes tabs but won’t close the program.

Is there a configuration option to prevent Cntl-W from closing Sublime if 0 tabs are open?

I don’t know if this will help, but in Preferences > Global File Settings, there is the option: “close_windows_when_empty.” Try setting this to false. Idk if this will work because I currently only use Sublime with OSX.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried that but it doesn’t not prevent control-W from closing the entire program.
