Folding gutter is visible and can be enabled/disabled from file settings, but the arrows (and functionality) mentioned are missing. Keyboard folding still mandatory.

Have you tried hovering over the gutter? The markers should appear on hover…

Yes, I also tried setting “fade_fold_buttons” to false. No change.

Fold buttons appear for me on Lion (10.7.2) and the new build.

However, the gutter now has the same background color as the main editing area. I’m pretty sure it was different in the previous build. Not a big deal, but it does make it a bit difficult to pick out lines, especially unindented stuff with numbers in it.

The fold arrows won’t be visible if you’re using an old version of the Soda theme: they’ll show up if you update it.
