Dev Build 2143 is out now, with a few fixes.
I believe all OS X startup issues with respect to spurious empty windows are now fixed (empty tab related issues were fixed in an earlier build). Please let me know if this isn’t the case.

Sorry, not fixed. 2143 still opens a blank window on restart even if there was no window open before.
Please provide some more details CaptainCrowbar. Are you opening a file or folder? From the command line or Finder? If you’re just opening the application, then a blank window opening is exactly what’s supposed to happen.
I’m not opening anything, except the operating system. The situation I’m talking about is when I have ST2 running, but with no windows open, when I shut down the system. When the system restarts, Lion automatically restarts ST2, and an empty window opens, even though no window was open before.
Still having problems when sublime is closed, I open a file from desktop, and it opens in the previous window instead of creating a new one…
