What's the correct way to switch project?

Hello smart fancies!

I'm completely in love with sublime, it's just the best editor ever. I've been loyal to TextMate on OSX for years, but I definitely switched to Sublime some weeks ago! Now, what's the correct way to switch the current project?

Right now I'm using: Project -> Recent Projects -> "projectIwant"

but then sublime opens a new window with the new project and the only thing I can do is go to the old project and click: Project -> close project. Then close that window (cmd+W) and finally I have what I wanted.

Is there a better (smarter) way to achieve it?

Have you tried control + command + p? It brings up the project switcher, then just (fuzzy) type the name and press enter.
