Crash on startup (win 7)

I just installed ST2 and installed the package manager. I then followed by installing a few packages. First I installed a couple small things, then git and then when I installed html5 bundle it crashed and now I can't run ST2.
I get the following error:

Browse to C:\Users\YourUser\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text 2\Installed Packages\ and delete any sublime-package files in there. Unfortunately Sublime does not gracefully handle situations where a package file may have failed downloading, or may contain non-ascii characters in file paths.

I really need to send Jon a patch about this, I'll try to do it in the near future.
