Rename the Editor to a more friendly name =]

#1

Hi Jon, with all the respect for your hard work and for the love of the editor and I hope you don’t get offended,
I am requesting a name change on your product for the better (I think)

I say you name the product “SublimeText” and get rid of the space in “Sublime Text”
Is one word, to the point, simple.

Just like the editor simple but it delivers

My reason behind it?
Is a more friendly name in all matters at least in my thinking… SEO, advertising, linking, matches the URL, etc…

But in the end is your product and you can call it what you want this is just my 2cents. Thanks for the read.

I’m not sure how much it matters to be honest: google gives very similar results already both with and without the space

yeah I dislike space in name b/c then I have to put quotes around it.

In fact, I’m thinking of getting rid of the space in my name and legally changing it to firstnamelastname!

Boo.

That’s just like when Radio Shack changed to RadioShack (and now The Shack). It didn’t really bring any new attention, just sort of confused people.

I like “Sublime Text”
