Support for OCTAVE

can you tell me how to add support for Octave programming language. There is support for MATLAB but an OCTAVE Support would also be awesome

I still can’t find OCTAVE syntax in ST3. I hope the support will be added!

Yes, the package is called Matlab, but it should work the same, at least for syntax highlighting. If I remember correctly .m files are matched with the Objective-C++ syntax, which you can disable by doing echo '{"extensions":[]}' > User/Objective-C++.sublime-settings. Or you can just add Objective-C to your disabled packages list.
