I don’t see a way to Fold All/Unfold All feature as implemented in Notepad++. The first thing I do when I open a long CSS file is fold the code to see only the selectors, speeding file navigation dramatically. It would take forever to do that one group at a time in Sublime…

check the shortcuts available under edit -> code folding (Fold, Fold All, Unfold, Unfold All, Fold Level 1 - 9)

You may also want to check out ctrl+r to show all the symbols.
