Can anyone confirm that the Ruby part of LiveReload is still needed when using the Sublime Text LiveReload plugin or is the plugin doing the equivalent work of the Ruby gem? If it’s not needed, what needs to be done other than installing the appropriate browser extension? I thought that ST 2, with the LiveReload plugin, would be able to notify the browser whenever a file being edit changes, but I don’t get an automatic refresh on editor save.

Looks like Ruby isn’t needed.
And I have another issue - Sublime crashes after installing LiveReload, is there any solution?
