Sublime Text 2 Beta 2165 works perfect to edit/display Chinese character in Windows 7 english version (Chinese Font is installed), but you need convert the encoding to UTF8 first, Sublime doesn’t support GB2312/GBK encoding.

Why does the function named “Reopen with Encoding” noting?

not support GBK is a good idea. You only need UTF8, why not?

You can reopen with that Encoding, but GB2312 is not include in that list, you may have to use Windows 7 Notepad to save a UTF8 text file first or some one is able to change the Sublime 2 default Reopen with Encoding file “Main.sublime-menu” and add a GB2312/GBK entry?
