Well the title says it all really.
I am on Windows 7 Professional and I was using Sublime Text 2 for some time (loved it btw).
All of the sudden it refuses to open any window. When I open it a process starts running in Task Manager but nothing happens.

I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled it repeatedly (32bit and 64bit versions) and yet this problem persists…
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried http://www.sublimetext.com/docs/2/revert.html ?
The issue is probably caused by plugin or a screwed saved session.
