Keep find/replace dialog "sticky"

I can’t seem to find a way to to keep find/replace dialog “sticky” . that is after every replace command it disappears, is there a way to force it from disappearing?

I also do not like the current behavior of Find/Find and Replace/Find in project dialogs.

I, too, would like the find/replace panel to stay open after a replace all.
