I’m wanting to have some settings from my plugin be over-ridable on a per-project basis, by any settings stored in the .sublime-project file. I’m fairly certain this isn’t possible but I may as well ask as perhaps the API documentation is outdated.

If this isn’t possible, do any plugin developers agree that it should be possible? If so, I have created an idea on UserVoice which you can vote and/or comment on.
