Prioritize scans with respect to the user’s folder selection in the sidebar (for FTP users).

I don’t use the SFTP plugin, instead I use sshfs. I load my entire mount root in the project sidebar. There is an issue where often I am waiting several minutes to list the contents of a directory. After checking the console, I see the scan of folder paths is working away at my rather large FTP file dump. I request that as soon as I open a folder in the sidebar, that the program immediately prioritizes fetching the folder listing above all other ongoing scans.

With thousands of folders/files the sidebar behaves decently about 3-5 levels deep, in my experience, but opening folders nested any deeper often causes 1-5 minute delays just to get a file listing. Also there is no indication that any action is being taken by the application to give me the file listing.

Please, prioritize for the user’s folder selection in the sidebar, not for the extremely long recursion!
