One of those little things missing in ST2 that leave you scratching your head…
- Why there is no clear_console?
- Why there is no Tooltips API?
- Why there is no “New Project”?
- Why using arrow down in the last item of a completion list closes the said completion “popup”?

Because you are always in a project. Read the doc for more

Add this to your settings: "auto_complete_cycle": true:
