Hi, I’m a disabled developer working full time with typing, but I use an on-screen keyboard.
When it sits above Sublime Text 2 the mouse cursor (which I use to type) turns to the text selecting cursor and thus becomes very unnoticeable and hard to type with. This is especially bad when working in distraction-free mode.

This is the only app I’ve had this problem with.

I’m running OSX 10.8, Sublime Text 2.0.1 and Assistiveware’s Keystrokes.
