Don’t know if you have seen Brackets (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rvo3Mv1Z4qU) )?
At 1 Minutes into the Video they describe a feature called Quick-Edit that let’s you edit the CSS to a specific selector you see in you HTML-Document in some “Inline-Panel” (watch the video - I don’t have a better word for it).
I would love to see a similar feature in Sublime Text.
I know that Brackets is primarily used for HTML/CSS and Sublime Text is an all-purpose editor. But I could see something like that for Objective-C and other languages with header and implementation files.
