does not start when keymap file unparseable

2nd bug today:P

I decided to install sublime not only on Linux but on my Windows systems as well.
As i clicked on "Key Bindings - User" instead of "Settings - User" pasted my text and managed to save. Then sublime fails to start with a messages saying it is unable to parse the config file. Maybe you could ignore invalid parts or the whole file. Depending on the complexity of the used language. Whatever you do sublime should at least start!!!! So people do not have to use notepad or install vim to get sublime running:P

cat > Default (Windows).sublime-keymap << HERE
"font_face": "Dejavu Sans Mono",
"font_size": 14
