Random unexpected quitting on save (cmd-s on OSX)

I recently started experiencing what seems to be random quitting of sublime on saving via 'cmd-s'. I'm using OSX 10.7.5. I experience this issue in both full-screen mode and regular view. It doesn't happen all the time, but only happens when saving with cmd-s. I'm not sure if it would happen if using File>Save from the menu bar. Anyone have any ideas what might be causing this, or if there is a solution? Thanks!

Same here - the save does occur but Sublime quits when using cmd-s every third save.
