Any chance you could add a “Paste into Document” option as well – rather than opening the Gist in its own file?

Yes that would be awesome indeed. Great video about it

Copy to clipboard would also be great.

Request/question: Support for more that one gist?
I am a happy user of the gist plugin, it is super cool and makes SB2 an even better editor!

At my work we are considering moving to SB2 and need to be able to share snippets and such, where we are considering using the Gist plugin. However I want to be able to have my own gist too, so I thought:
Would it be possibel to a) share a gist to selected users? or b) get the option to include more than one gist in this great SB2 plugin…?

I would be happy to get a answer to this idea!

I love this plugin.

I was wondering is there anyway to add functionality to mimic the placeholders in the standard snippet functionality. Like 1: 2: and so on so you can use tabbed insertion. That’s the only thing I’m missing when using this plugin. It’s a lot better than using built-in snippet support but I do miss that functionality.
