PlatformSettings

This has been annoying me lately as I share my User package directory between my platforms, but for each platform I want to use a differently sized font. So my package PlatformSettings was born.

Why the github project has no issues section? No software is without bugs. 
In this case there is a bug in the example given in the readme. The value for font_size must be an integer, not a string.

Because I prefer pull requests over feature requests.
