Color in txt

Hi all,

Im new with sublime and i would like to know if theres any way I can use different colors when working with .txt files.

You can try different color schemes in preferences / color schemes.

If you don’t like the default ones, you can install more color schemes in your User folder. To know where that folder is go to Preferences / Browse Packages.

Is that what you need?

.txt files have no formal structure (keywords, etc.) so they will appear as a single colour. You could create a syntax file for .txt files (to target specific words or phrases) but this would apply to all text files.

There is already a Plain text .tmLanguage file that targets bullet points and urls. You could copy and add-to this file.

Or you can use markdown syntax for your text files and enable markdown mode
Works best for me )
