I'm looking forward to doing it, but I think the right thing to do is to add more functionality to the Windows version for the moment.

Another suggestion : every GUI toolkit seems now to allow WebKit inside them (Gtk and Qt4), can this be done inside yours ?

Nick has done some work getting Sublime to talk to an external browser, but embedding something is definitely a candidate.

If the project explorer will make Sublime heavier, I don't like the idea.....

If it get heavier I'd rather use an IDE.

I´m pretty OK with Windows Explorer's context-menu.

I'd like to see some design taken from the likes of Coda. How they handle project management is wonderful. The concept of "sites/projects". See here: http://www.panic.com/coda/img/sites-screenshot_01.jpg

The most recent projects are shown in thumbnail preview form at start up so you can simply click and start editing. Coda opens all the files opened during your last session with that file. And the project explorer automatically opens the directory structure from that project.

Project support, once implemented, won't add any overhead unless you're using it, and even then I don't expect it to be anything measurable.

Coda is a lovely application - I don't think I'll be implementing thumbnails that fancy though :)
