Please add built-in command line support in Windows:

Add the Sublime Text installation directory to PATH, and include a subl.bat file that loads sublime_text.exe on the passed in arguments.

Not everyone wants setup routines fiddling around in the environment, why don't you do it for yourself?
Same with the subl.bat, there's no tricky part in creating a bat/cmd.
