I’ve been using Sublime Text 2 for a year now, and the thing that has always bugged me from day 1 is the incredible slowness of moving through folders in the sidebar. There will be times where I’ll need to close, reopen, and constantly right click -> refresh folder for 10+ minutes to get just a brand new empty folder to show up in the sidebar. Sometimes I can’t get it to work at all and I have to work in these same folder outside of sublime. The only plugin I’m using that should be affecting the sidebar is the SFTP plugin. Is there anything I can do to help this problem? Thanks.

For smaller sites this isn’t really noticeable, but when I get into magento websites that have tons of files, then the sidebar is pretty unusable.
