How do I disable quote mark highlighting?

I've tried to find a setting for this in Sublime's default user settings or the color scheme settings, but can't find a way to turn off the automatic highlighting of quotation marks. I don't want to disable any other functionality, just don't want them to be highlighted. Anyone know how to do this?

Do you have a plugin installed?...like say BracketHighlighter?...if so look in the BracketHighlighter settings file.
