Hello my name is Edson and im starting working with sublime, here is my cuestion .. if you have been working with Visual Studio you know that this IDE has some signs(+ and -) to collapse and expand code ... like this picture http://sdrv.ms/XNqQH9 ... so my cuestion is .. Is possible to do this in Sublime Text 2?

Hover over the gutter (where the line numbers are) and the arrows will show up.
