If I have a newline at the end of the file, my user settings for pyflakes_ignore are ignored. If I have no newline at the end of the file (itself an issue that generates a warning but big deal) then the pyflakes_ignore has its expected effect–a bunch of external functions are appropriately ignored based on the list I entered in user settings.

Anyone else see this?
