Occur-mode in Sublime?

#1

Hi,
In considering replacing emacs with sublime, I’d like to know if there is a command or package that replicates the occur-mode feature. I use this command all the time. It presents a buffer containing all the results of a regex search on another buffer, and each line is hyper-linked to the original matching line. I use this all the time to help read logfiles.

Thanks in advance,
Brian

This sounds a lot like the default behavior of the “search in files”

Find in files (S-CMD-F). Yes, that is probably close enough.

Any idea how I would restrict this to just the current file? It seems to want to operate on all Open Files and Folders. It would be cool if plain-old Find could do this, as an option, too.

Thanks!

Under “Where:” you could either just paste the filename of the file you want to search, or, if it’s the only file open, choose “open files” from the “…” selector button.
