Preferences file changes to lowercase, not seen on Windows

#1

I’m having a problem where the Preferences.sublime-settings file gets lowercased (to preferences.sublime-settings).

I share my Sublime Text Packages between a Mac and PC with Dropbox. I create links from their default locations to the Dropbox location. This generally works very well, but now if I change font size while using the Mac (⌘+) then the preferences file changes to lowercase. Later, when I start Sublime on Windows it can’t find the preferences file any more. If I just rename the file (yes, just uppercase the “P”) all the settings come back.

I don’t know if there’s something odd with how I’m doing this, or if it’s just a bug. I wouldn’t expect the file to be renamed, and I would think that Windows would be case insensitive.
