Is it possible nativly or via plugin to select multiple selections with cmd d and when starting writing respecting the case of the old occurance? This would be insanely useful.

Natively you can do this with the find dialog, but not with cmd+d. I don’t know of a plugin that does this.

Yeah I know. Its just cumbersome to use the find dialog for smaller multiple searches. Disabling case insensitive searching is probably the best way.
