High DPI on Windows

#1

I have 27" monitors on my Windows box running at 2560x1440. I noticed Sublime Text 3 allows High DPI on Windows.
How does this work? Is it referring to changing the text scaling or is there something else? I run 100% text scaling right now.
Is that what is referring to, or is there something else that allows you to get more pixels in Sublime Text?
I don’t even see where to enable high dpi mode in sublime.

You need to enable High DPI mode system wide on Windows, via the control panel

I changed the “Change the size of all items” and changed it manually to 114% which is what my 27" calculates to be.
Is this the setting?

If so, is there anything I have to change in Sublime after that?
