Is there anyway to do that? I’d like to run some applescripts when I save a file. I know nothing about Python though, but not sure it’s needed?
Any direction would be helpful.

You’re gonna have to use Python if you want to trigger the AppleScript from within Sublime Text.
Another thing you could do, if it’s in a certain folder, is just set up a folder action to run the AppleScript (I think you can do that, anyway).
