I have an variable named ‘pageLength’ and I also have a function named ‘getPageLength’. Now I want to replace ‘pageLength’ to ‘pageSize’ and I had to replace twice.
Same thing happens when editing multiple selections.

The find dialog has a Preserve Case button. I’ve never used it, so I don’t really know what it does, but maybe it does what you want?
